I am getting fatter, (I lose weight VERY slowly T_T) and thus my eyes are smaller. my hair is more seaweed(as somebody say so) than they are *until a few hours ago*. and I had to stick medicine up my nose, drink some liquid medicine and have pill medicine because I want to cure my long term flu. end of myself.

let’s move on to Hong Kong! =D. I want to go back there T_T. and I don’t know why, but it feels like MANY of my friends are going/went to Hong Kong this year. perticularly THIS YEAR. just seems like EVERYONE has been there! and of course, it is because.. Hong Kong is GREAT!

nobody can miss egg tarts. IF you miss eating egg tarts, you’ll regret it when you know how tasty it is. even if you think egg tarts stink, this one is a must try, it is really really really good. Yau Ma Tei egg tart<3. I know my finger is looking weird, I don’t know how I did it and I don’t think I’d want to do it again, it looks.. awful.

and so, I had CURRY FISHBALLS AGAIN!  need me to explain how delicious it is? and ALWAYS get the spicy one, because the not spicy one… is not spicy at all!

not only their chinese food rocks, their deserts rocks too! especially their mango pudding <3. everything’s just so perfect in Hong Kong =3. <3 <3. I always have that tiny little dream about living in Hong Kong although every single member of my family agrees that living in Hong Kong (I mean longterm) is a crazy option as the competition is too big. and people there are too fast (like they don’t sit down and talk after dinner or walk slowly at the roads). and they have to share a table while eating and gets pressured to eat faster. and the tiny little shops that is full with people (which honestly, I love it). and to be honest, the thing I really like is that you can drool as you walk, there’s a super cute guy at the information counter as soon as you take your luggage and another carrying your luggage into the rooms, do I have to explain more about what you can see on the streets?? (yeah, same goes for girls alright. haha.)

THIS is the level of efficiency in Hong Kong. being in a wheelchair doesn’t mean you can’t take the MTR. they support the disabled. and other than the community of hongkies that are really materialistic, most of them and nice and down-to-earth =D.and of course if you are asking for directions, pick the friendly faces.

I just find this funny =P. HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAA. such a funny rule. I didn’t dare to take a picture of the people there, it is because, they were all LYING on the benches =D.

goodness I love Hong Kong. SO MUCH. you’ll not smell smoke everywhere! because the smoking areas are tad so tiny. and they print the eeky scary pictures on the cigg packs. it is just so wonderful to be in a place where your hair won’t smell after walking for a few hours. <3. and that you’ll be healthier not absorbing those stupid 2nd hand smoke. I HATE CIGGS! say NO to SMOKING!

so finally to the topic, GOLDEN BAUHINIA. this my third time there, and it was my first time seeing this huge gold flower. (my mother said it looks like a cup more than a flower, and when she called it the gold CUP ever since.)

nothing special, really. coming here once is enough, and not coming here if you’ve been to Hong Kong for a few times is weird. so you JUST gotta take some time off and come to this place, it’s quite nice.. many people taking pictures.. and a great view. once is really enough =D.

and it is really REALLY chilly, I think I sat there for more than half an hour just enjoying the fresh air smelling the salty sea in front. I actually love this spot. it is just at the right side of the convention centre. and I’ve seen some drama’s that was actually filmed here! (I watched that drama AFTER this trip.)

just gotta do something funny when nobody’s looking =D.

do you have any idea how these little fishes managed to get on top? I guess they can’t possibly JUMP that high right. but when I see so many people fishing, I guess somebody just abandoned their luring item here.

I have no idea what this is, but it is so tall and I just got to take a picture with it. should be some kind of memorial thingy =D. seriously it is really frustrating that I don’t read chinese. I mean, although it wasn’t really my fault, or anyone’s, but I REALLY hope that I can read chinese. at least I know what stuffs are.

and.. a proper picture. with that gold cup/flower. there was actually a better shot (as in lightings) with my camera but my smile made me look extra chubby and I DO NOT like it. and there are many of those camera man asking “do you want a professional shot? just for 10/20HKD!” and of course, I said no, and after a few no’s, he was kind and helped me take some pictures with my camera, and his. (noticing that my mom doesn’t know how to professionally catch a good view). and printed the picture for me, for FREE! =P. and now it lays in my dad’s office <3.

the best snack. ever. can be bought at the shopping place in Mong Kok =D. it’s really quite popular. and it is super nice. you can pick the type of noodle you want, and add the toppings you like! very very recommended. =3.

I freaking miss Hong Kong.

on xiamen airlines. read the first word of each sentence. I ALMOST laughed like a hyena when I saw it. I am an ALIEN to them. =P.

and finally CHINAAAAAAAA! <3 home sweet home <3. and that’s right outside my sister’s university, nice isn’t it? she’ll kill me when she sees a picture of her taken when she said “I don’t want to take pictures” and finally gets forced to take it. but I think she looks nice =X.

uh huh! Ngong Ping 360! the largest Buddha in Hong Kong as I know. it is very famous even among Hong Kongers, they go there quite often. there are three ways to go there, if you want to save money and have a comfortable journey there, you can go by bus.

or if you want a shorter journey, beautiful views and a little bit more expensive, you can go with the cable car. it costs around 90 HKD for a round trip, and the journey takes around 30minutes (bus around 45). if you think you got the stamina and you like hiking.

go ahead. imagine, you’ll take around 30 minutes by cable car, how long do you think you’ll need in order to reach there? for me, walking trail is a no-no. I must be crazy if I were to do so hahaha. rather go shopping even if the length is longer. =D.

when you reach Lantau Island by CABLE CAR, the first thing you’ll see will be the beautiful shops that sells overpriced stuff, again. even the food is overpriced! the Buddha looks so small from here right? but it is really quite big upclose. =D.

even after you’ve reached, you’ll need to walk for a little. I just LOVE this picture. =3.

and when you are down there, you must camho with the views below, even if the Buddha still look small. wheee bokeh!

and below also means the floor. =D. that is of course if your pants is now white or beige or anything light.

but taking pictures sitting on the floor is really fun, I’ve always wanted to wear a white dress and take pictures lying down on the green healthy grass, but I am always having the thought that it’ll ruin the dress. =/.

I look like a cat here. really! and YES, I know the way I wake up is very not lady-like. >=(.

and this is the part my mom hates. ok fine, I admit I didn’t like it much too, up the stairs to me, is even more difficult than up the hill. =X. and the true reason why I don’t like it is because..

it is so friggin’ sunny, and I didn’t have sunblock on. and it teaches me a lesson to.. ALWAYS BRING A BOTTLE OF SUNBLOCK NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO. even during winter. was actually freezing there as my clothing is too thin for the cold weather T_T.

OUTLETS! what do they sell? they sell the overrun stocks. samples or rejected ones too maybe? but just, expensive brands at a mor reasonable price. not that it’s REALLY cheap also actually.. =X.

you’ll droll at this place I shop, because the WHOLE BUILDING is branded outlets. =P. Addidas, Body Shop, K-Swiss, A/X, Esprit you name it!

and where is it? uhmm

if you know, you’ll spread it around and… that place will be more packed and all the stuff I wanted will be sold!

so I am NOT telling you. MWAHAHAHAHHAAA.

so lets move on to FOOD. =D=D=D.

Chee Cheong Fun in PEANUT sauce. I don’t fancy peanuts but, THIS IS REALLY GOOD. it’s at the Yau Ma Tei, Pitt Street restaurant, the one I ate at before this. that shop is an addiction. REALLY!

and the famous “Woon Chai Chee” erm.. in english it would be… small bowl shark fin’s soup? =X.

get jealous. Mmmmm. great food IS heaven.

and a famous Teochew snack that is actually.. going to get extinct. which is yummy. called the Thong Chung Peng. <3. HK’s just filled with yummy food. as I heard from the couple who is buying it for their kids and themselves, they used to eat this thing during primary school! and it is really popular back then. so do you want to try it? =P. sold near my hotel, Cityview Hotel, outside the Yau Ma Tei MTR station exit er.. Pitt Street, the right Pitt Street.

soon Malaysia will do the same, not sure if it is ALREADY like this, having scary pictures on top of every ciggerate pack. something to lure smokers to stop smoking. so hello smokers, still wanna smoke? =D.

when you get out of the MTR at the Tung Chung station, you’ll see it *winks*.

so here’s the trams! my mom said the trams were there even when she came when she was around my age. so can you imagine HOW OLD it is? not only that, I find trams very convenient as it comes in every.. minute!

and so, the things I saw when I rode the tram.

this is one of the reason why I love HK, even their old buildings are beautiful.

and they have really unique new buildings too!

actually, I stop there because I want to take star ferry. I forgot to add in the star ferry picture ><” soon okay! but anyway, stalking somebody for a minute is enough amusing =D.

I will never make it as a stalker or a spy, because I am so damn obvious! T_T. cute dressings eh? =D.

and you’d get the star ferry view! always remember to get the side seats! and try not to get the air conditioned side(I’m tricked T_T) unless there are no more seats outside.

and the shopping mall near the pier has SUPERB decorations ALWAYS. so do go there to take some pictures =D. the decorations are EXPENSIVEEE.

tallest building in HK. my mom always said it spoils HK’s view. I don’t think so though hahahaha.

CAUSEWAYBAY. a spot never to be missed, a spot where you’d find pretty clothes with even prettier prices, also a spot where the food will never suck (in my experience, each stall serves maybe smaller portions, but their food are YUMM). I used to love shopping in Causewaybay so much, until I found the “new shopping spot”. hehehe. and if you have the PRO cams, go to this place, you’d find the MOST people here in my opinion =P.

so lets go!

Causewaybay has MORE people than this. it is quite difficult even for me to take pictures, but people there are nice, they’d make a tinyyyyy little space for you when you want to snap some pictures. and when you see a little gap, DO KNOW that it’s a lucky chance to take pictures =D.

I love HK because it has clean floor, everywhere! =D.

and there are pretty girls everywhere, and the perfect looking ones on posters, everywhere too!

I think IF I were get a boyfriend, I’ll get a boyfriend in a place where I can find beautiful flowers in wonderful wrapping. the way flowers are usually wrapped in Malaysia are like worms covered with mud and the ones in HK are like BUTTERFLIESSS! the look of a bouquet of flowers affects the mood a lot although the person who sent it affects ten times more =X.

and guess what fast food restaurant is this =X. it is RATHER obvious haha. but who will think it’s using black and white dolls?!

IF and only IF you still don’t get it, the clue is, it’s logo is red and yellow. if you still don’t get it, then you should knock your head on the wall =P.

Hong Kong Choi Sum! what’s so special about this simple plate of vegetable, why is it so famous?

and it is because it is very pure, it is easily chewed. unlike the choi sum in other places, it doesn’t have stringy stems. ( not sure how to say it, but stringy stems to me are hard to bite ).

OKKAYYY, so today I will blog mostly about The Peak, located in Hong Kong Island. the walking distance is really really far to the tram station, so my advice is, take a bus, or taxi, but since the distance isn’t too long nor too short, take a taxi eventhough it’s a little expensive =D. all you got to do is to get off at MTR Station Central and get a taxi! will cost around 15HKD?

it is almost impossible really difficult to take a nice picture of yourself, and the view behind, so taking picture of yourself, and the tram would be good enough =P. the tram is very pretty excuse me!

and at the peak!

and beautiful artworks <3. I personally really-really-REALLY like this piece, but it is too….. *close my eyes and walks away*. just look around, there’s many stuff with even prettier prices. haha. but if you think it’s all to materialistic, I bet outside have more INTERESTING stuff to see ^^.

the oldest steak house or something, a plate of steak costs 600++HKD *coughs* but the view IS really spectacular haha, or would I say the price is just too PHENOMENAL for a SPECTACULAR place. =X. I would love to have a date here by the way. =D!

and then you’ll get to see english men with really sexy clothes. *chokes*. just joking.

DOGS! <3. I don’t like cats that much, but I LOVE dogs! it isn’t just men’s best friend, it’s a girl’s best friend too! the ones that you’ll see is those which is really tame and clean. very very spoilt by their owners =P. and the people there are really nice, they don’t mind letting you touch or play with their dogs ^^. but of course, do ASK before you do.

Madame Tussaids! and I ALWAYS didn’t get a chance to go in because my mom said I should only go in with friends next time. T_T. okay. so who’s on?! Cecilia Chung looks kinda fake @@” I wonder if it’s because she’s the older version or something. haha.

and there’s something great for the chocolate lovers, Godiva. which is really expensive. I bought a NORMAL chocolate bar, you know, those which cadbury only sell for RM4 and guess how much it cost? HKD40. but it is indeed very good. =D.

and for those who doesn’t know, going up to the top deck of the peak, now requires HKD20 (only 15 for octopus card holders! I LOVE OCTOPUS CARD!). and PLEASE do not  be stingy at this, because if you think you can take an even nicer picture on the floor below, you’re quite wrong.
