looking for an exquisite restaurant this CNY? I recommend CWZJ.

growing up with CWZJ (or in other words, The House of Tea Kings), the one restaurant that has transformed from a shabbily built roadside restaurant to one of the finest Chinese cuisine in KL.

the owner had lived in China and often travel around to find inspiration on creating a unique yet traditional dish which brings out the true flavour of Chinese food.

[Malaysia: Klang] one of the BEST BAKUTEH in Klang!

I really have no idea which is the correct spelling.

bak kut teh?

bukuteh?

bahkuteh?

whatever it is, IT’S STILL DELICIOUS. for a Cheras girl like me, travelling all the way down Klang IS A HASSLE. so to you other people who seldom make it to Klang, let me introduce you (my uncle said it’s one of the best and judging by how crowded it is I guess he’s right!) one of the most delicious Bakuteh in Klang.

[Malaysia: Pavilion KL] Ochado

the huge Chatime opened outside Lot 10 but the one in Pavilion is still going to take 30minutes for you to get your drink. so, the alternative is OCHADO, the one located at Tokyo Street. of course, they all have a queue. but it only took us roughly 5minutes for all the queuing up and waiting for the drink. much better, no?

to be honest, this is actually my first time having Ochado and I was really curious on how different it might taste since it have a very similar concept with my favourite Chatime. Continue reading “[Malaysia: Pavilion KL] Ochado”

[Seoul] Myeongdong 명동

even if you’re not planning to visit Korea anytime soon, I suggest you to read this post because it’s interesting like that! it was a little bit of a culture shock actually.

there is no direction needed to get you to Myeongdong because it’s just so popular, nobody would get lost going to this place. after getting off Myeongdong station, you’ll find your way. but you might get lost if you wanna find the same shop twice.

[Seoul: Gwanghwamun] A Glimpse of Gyeongbokgung 경복궁

Gyeongbokgung is the LARGEST palace in South Korea, and also the most popular. reach before 4pm if you would like to visit it in winter season. or 5pm if not in winter.

unfortunately, I reached at about 430 and missed the entry. because I took my own sweet time over at Changdeokgung and slowly walked over to Gyeongbokgung. hahaha. yes, it’s walking distance. but it’s not exactly near. it’s funny that we actually followed the road signs for cars to get to Gyeongbokgung heheheh.

what’s behind me is the Gwanghwamun gate directly facing the main road. that’s just the first gate of the palace. fuh. and from this gate to the next? probably another 100m walk. Continue reading “[Seoul: Gwanghwamun] A Glimpse of Gyeongbokgung 경복궁”
