Dissection tomorrow.
will definitely blog tomorrow. because I must share my most fearful moments with you. for your information, we will be dissecting a frog, a mice, a fish, a chicken and an insect. dissecting the fish and chicken sounds really really fine to me. the insect will be quite scary, but as long as it’s legs are not moving anymore I guess that’ll be fine too. frogs.. ugh. >_<”. I found the visualized picture of it online. and it is still YUCK. well, of course it’s all animated without blood and stuff, but STILL! thinking of how it really looks makes me sick! to see the picture, click here. and next, MICE?? I dare not think about it. seriously. HOW CAN WE DISSECT SUCH A CUTE THING?
do you see what I mean?! these poor little mice have feelings too! I friggin’ know it that I am totally not suitable to be a doctor, and I don’t want to friggin’ see the poor little mice get killed. ugh. why cant we kill a rat instead, those which goes around the rubbish bin, although it’s still sick. not the cute, white little furball. I am totally panicking. I feel my legs getting numb everytime I think about it. and that horrible day which I am totally not looking forward to comes. that miserable day where I have to see a cute, adorable furry little white mice getting pinned up on the hands and legs, getting cut on the stomach all the way and see it’s heart still thumping. I friggin’ hate this feeling. at least the pass year students have to only cute the frog. and whats even better is that a group of 3 people is only killing 1 frog. whereas for my year, almost each person have an animal to cut. I am cutting the fish. I AM only CUTTING THE FISH, I DON’T CARE.
and the sad news is, I am afraid that I won’t have pictures of the dissection of the frog and the mice. because even now, just thinking of it I feel that my head is swelling and getting a little numb, too. I am really, really scared. really, really, I am. I have no idea why so many cruel people are so looking forward to dissecting the mice and the frog, just because they’re dissecting it alive, looking at it’s heart still beating. UGHH.

I don’t think I am grossed out about cutting up body parts…. but I was horrified to have to cut a live frog and mouse. I mean if they came dead, its fine… its all for the advancement of medicine (yeah right)… but live ones? *shudders*
Anyway, you could do what I did. I went to school but just skipped that session. Quite sick that a lot of my friends seem to enjoying snuffing the life out of creatures though as they gleefully related how they cut open the wriggling live creatures… sick people… sick people.

We dissected a cow’s eye before last time… not too bad considering it’s not alive =P. But there was a lot of goo from the eye dripping everywhere with fatty tissues dangling all over =P
