lets make.. Sushi!
*although I’m very quite lauya*
ingredients you need :
seaweed
rice mixed with a little japanese rice vinegar
marinated mini octopus (or crab stick, tuna, salmon, anything)
tools :
japanese sushi rolling mat
spoon
knife
your hands!
procedure :
1. place the seaweed with its invisible lining vertically
2. spread rice (I prefer to do it with a spoon, the rice sticks to your hands a lot!) on half of the seaweed
3. roll it!
(try to roll it into a square, looks nicer. this one is just er, my first try >_<)
4. cut with a sharp knife, (wet it first uncle josh said) and serve.
IT’S THAT SIMPLE! =) and it’s healthy =P
ps : I actually used malaysia’s normal rice to make it =X.
next update will be my birthday party post, don’t have much time now. T_T. stupid chemistry pfft.

you only need half a seaweed to roll makis…. (the ones you’re making are call maki)
no wonder your sushi looks so weird… with extra seaweed sticking out… hahahahaha
